Weekend Meal 17 March 2013

I like weekend...beside taking rest, it is the day when I can eat Niko's cooking. :)

I like claypot rice. We bought the instant clay pot paste and add bacon and some meat.

Yesterday we bought 3 packs of enoki for only $1 at Giant Tampines. Today I made enoki bacon as addition for our weekend menu.



Our menu for this sunday was Clay pot rice with CP chicken, Baby Kailan, Enoki mushroom with bacon.
