Hong Kong Trip day 1, 6 December 2017

It's a mix feeling between worry, scared and excited. However if I always wait for people to travel with me, I won't be going forever.

So I said good bye to Marco. He initially wanted to follow me to HK. I do want him to go but I need to see how the condition there then next time I can prepare better for him to tag along.

I took bus 27 to airport. Then auto-checked in once I arrived. The journey was a bit long, delayed on air because of the airport traffic.

Once I arrived, I just followed the other passengers. But the airport is intuitive enough. Then once I cleared the immigration, I straight away went to Terminal one to collect my sim card I bought from Klook for $9.l0 SGD. After that I bought a 2 way airport express pass with 3 day free MTR pass, cost me $400 HKD. Then I quickly took train to Jordan where my airbnb is. I reached there then msg the landlord. I managed to go in and put my things in the room.

I went out to find food. V late dinner though. I found Mak's noodle somewhere near by. So I just ate there. I was surprise on the portion served in front of me. It's served in a small bowl. May be Marco won't be full. Since it was late dinner, I guess it was just nice. $36 HKD.

Luckily everything was smooth on first day. I walked for a while, sight seeing the city and went back to rest.

My Little Policeman

Marco is obsessed to be a policeman. He dresses himself with police tshirt, pants and belt.

Every time we go out to buy grocery or go library, he will bring handcuff, gun and wear his helmet.

There was a day he equipped himself completely with all the police equipment I bought for him. One auntie at NTUC smiled at him because of this little police wanna be.

Bolu Meranti

A friend introduced me an apps to order things overseas. I saw Meranti. Without giving second thought, I immediately ordered 1. Collection few days after at Serangoon Mrt.

Here I was at Serangoon Mrt circle line waitinf for the seller for an hour.

I ate 3 slices for supper. I heated up a while in the oven. Heating up will make the butter melt and the sponge cake becomes very soft.

Project "Going Around By MRT"

I think it's so interesting to cover all the MRT stations in SG. So I created a project "Going Around By MRT" by taking picture in the MRT station I have been to.

So far I have taken picture at:

NE line : Punggol, Sengkang, Buangkok, Serangoon, Outram

NS line : Woodlands, Yio Chu Kang, Toa Payoh, Jurong East

EW line : Jurong East

Here we were. Spending our weekend time by reading books at library.

New Pair

I was just seeing the shoes at Charles and Keith City Square. But i found a cheap pair for $19.90. So I decided to buy.

Marco's First Concert

This is Marco's first concert. This concert is to celebrate graduation of K2 in Eshkool Valley. He perform a dance as N1 class A.

I am so proud of him. He didn't feel nervous at all. I saw him so confidently dancing on stage.

It was held on Grass Root Club near Yio Chu Kang MRT.
