There's a che cah stall beside the western food stall selling this beef fried kwetiau, but ask for dry one. It is salty not the sweet type. I prefer salty one.

Breakfast at TCC,millenia walk

Today is the last weekend for using the voucher from adidas sundown marathon.
We went there on 10am. Enjoy our nice breakfast at TCC. What I like about this food is the tomato was so juicy.

We were invited to Albert's bday lunch at Fish and co, Paragon. I ordered Philadelphia cheese fish. They said it's nice.
But after eating, then I knew that the cod fish meat was nicer. But the crispy sotong was really nice and sinful.

I am disappointed with the this booth because compare to my drawing, they can not deliver the same result. Specially those 2 light box pillars. They have to be translucent, some thing like frosted feels.

Mushroom Soup @Soup Spoon Restaurant

This is the best mushroom soup I've ever eat. Rich of mushroom, very thick and tasty.
I am addicted...1 week can eat 2 times

Mushroom may be the best. I've tried the pumpkin soup...weird. And the white creamy...so so.

I am having the same cycle like what I had few months ago (bakut teh addiction).

Wife cake from HK

One of my colleague just came back from HK...he brought back 2 pack of wife cake with different filling.
I like white lotus paste best.

My new running mate : Nike lunar

Finally this day has to come...I spent money again for my shoes. But this time Niko was being very supportive.

I wanted to buy Adizero the yellow with black stripes...really thin and light sole. All sold out for the female ones.

So I had no choice then tried the Nike lunar. It is different from my Nike Free 7.0...Lunar has more cushioning feeling. It's like your shoes have springs or sponges below.

Niko wanted to have the same shoes...but unfortunately his feet are broad. He felt pain when his feet were in Lunar, he was standing, not even walking or running.

He finally bought a pair of Adizero Boston to replace the New Balance ones those were lost in taxi. (&*%^$&*%^#&$*@^&%*^...they were not even 1 month...2-3 times wearing only).

Tomorrow morning I'm gonna have a run with them for the very first time.

There is a restaurant, named Spize near my office. It is located at Simpang Bedok.
They have Indian Food, Western Food, Meditteranean food, Chinese food, Malay food. Very very complete.

I had tried several dishes from them :
1.Nasi goreng ayam Kunyit ($5.50)
2.Nasi goreng ayam black pepper ($5.50)
3.Mushroom soup ($2.50-$3)
4.Garden Salad
5.Mushroom Steak (aroung $15 to $17)
6.Prata




The taste is acceptable but the price is not cheap. Some more they charge GST...?!?!

Carbo load

Before joining long run, he did carbo load...but eating only 2 bowls of spaghetti, I think it won't be sufficient enough for 42km.
