Saturday is my dine out day. Nicer food than weekdays. I saw the queue outside Ichiban Sushi was short. Only one family was infront me.
It took me a while to decide what I wanted to have. Having too many options in the menu seems not good for customer like me. I just could not decide which one.
I finally chose fried fish sukiyaki. Something new. I have not eaten fish sukiyaki before here. It turned out nice. It could be my second choice after beef next time.
Thinking to do at home next time with a sukiyaki sauce. Basically just put tofu, carrot, white radish, meat, seaweed and the meat (pork, fish, chicken or beef).
