Agedashi Tofu

He had an idea to make agedashi tofu. I was pessimistic on the idea because it needed to be fried and it was troublesome just for two serving of tofu.

He finally did it. This was the first trial but it was successful. I really like it. Outside was crispy but inside was soft. The soup was very good also. :)
