Chicken Sausage Making

It had been very frustrating doing this home made sausage. I failed 2 times and wasted 2 kg of chicken ingredient. First, the tube for casing was wrong size. Then second attempt, the pipe was too small. The meat was stuck can't go through the pipe. Sigh....

New bigger casing came and it was thicker than the small casing which was easily torn. It was quite successful this time. Marco ate with mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables.
