Sushi Express with MG, 23 July 2020

It's impromptu dinner. We didn't plan for this because Marco had eaten at home before we went out. He really ate a lot. Really wonder how he can eat that much.

Genki Sushi, 19 July 2020

I brought Marco to dine out. He chose Genki Sushi. We went City Square Mall.

He vomited the chawanmushi when he was choked during eating his soft shell crab wrap. He demanded to order another chawanmushi and wrap again for him. He really ate a lot.

He asked me to buy him a sun glasses. We managed to find something he like and fit on him.

Racial Harmony Celebration at School 2020, K2

This is going to be the last celebration for Marco as next year he will be in primary school. One day before we argued what clothes to wear. Marco wanted to wear Spiderman costume. I disagreed and asked him to wear Japanese Yukata I bought from Japan. He cried and threw tantrum like hell. Eventually he wanted to listen to me and agreed to wear Japanese Yukata.

I asked my helper, Wiwik, to do flat bread or pita bread or focaccia. So this is the result. Not bad for first try.

Marco Dropped 2nd Tooth, 5th July 2020

I asked Marco to accompany me walk walk to Rivervale Mall after his dinner. He was ok to walk with me. When we were walking, this tooth dropped. Blood came out from his gum for a while.

So I rewarded him with a sub at Subway Rivervale Mall. He really eats a lot as a 6 year old boy. His dinner portion was bigger than mine. Yet he still ate subway 1 hour after his dinner. He will be tall. 

I gave him a nice treat outside if he is behaving well. He likes Mc D ice cream.

Taiwanese Delights at KopiTiam Compass One

It has been more than 5 years I never eat this. So I tried last week. It's a bit pricey for Kopitiam food, $7.50. I like my saba fished, it was crispy.

Chicken Sausage Making

It had been very frustrating doing this home made sausage. I failed 2 times and wasted 2 kg of chicken ingredient. First, the tube for casing was wrong size. Then second attempt, the pipe was too small. The meat was stuck can't go through the pipe. Sigh....

New bigger casing came and it was thicker than the small casing which was easily torn. It was quite successful this time. Marco ate with mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables.
