At the beggining, 4km felt so long n so tiring. Now,4km we don't feel tired. It's the indication that we need to increase the distance.
Our first route is from office go to park connector beside ITE College East all the way following MRT track till Tampines ave 2 then come back to office. Total distance is 4.7km. The conture is not flat. There are a lot of up slopes n down slopes. We ran this route 2 times. Personally I don't like this route.
Our second route is the park connector opposite Summer Village, a landed property complex on the new upper changi road. This route is flat n not so many people. I like this route though. For the guys, they found this route is too easy.
Our third route is the park connector beside Big Eater. It's newly open all the way to Bedok Resevoir. The conture is mostly flat. I like this one also because not so many people. But the street lights are off so the path is totally dark. I guess this is not a good option if we run later than 6.30pm.
I think this is a good start for this running group at office. I hope that this activity can last long. Too bad I need to go back to school for my final semester.
