Night Run

I stand on my running shoes again. I just started a week ago and I have lost some fat. I just realized it when I wore my top. It used to be tight and now it is a bit loose. I feel I have lost fat on my back ribs. Some of my colleagues also said I have lost weight. Some how I become more motivated to do my night run everyday.



My target by end of March is 55kg. I hopefully can achieve my target as I will be back to my few years ago weight then slowly reducing it again to 50-52kg.
