Colouring Activity

I bought the colouring book long time ago. Marco asked me to buy this colour pencil set because it has a nice plastic compartment. I bought for him for Primary 2. However we use this already during school holiday colouring activity at home.

Roasted Pork from Cold Storage

 Marco got tempted by the smell of the roast station at Cold Storage. He asked me to buy the roasted pork for us to have dinner later. I bought. It was not the best roasted pork though. However it was quite sometimes I didn't have roast pork.

I got off day as I worked over the weekend. So I picked up Marco at school and took him to have a nice lunch at Yakiniku Like as he requested.

Breadtalk Dake with Fire Flooss

I got to try this cake from carpet supplier at office. I thought it was a kind of round shape fire floss bread. I was quite surprise when I had my first bite. It was very smooth and sweet. The floss made it savory and spicy. I like it so much so I ate two. It is the only item worth buying in Breadtalk.

 

Prince KL Handmade Noodle

I found this nice noodle place near by my office. It is very tasty. I like to order the ban mian or mee hoon kueh dry. I will also add onsen egg and meat ball. Their pork mushroom dumpling is also nice. I really like eating this noodle. It goes well with their chilli.

Swedish IKEA Meatballs

I knew I won't be long working around this area. I just dropped by during my stressful day after office hours. I ordered the classic Swedish Meatballs. 

Sukiya @ Suntec City

This place is similar to Yoshinoya but much more delicious. I went here with Divina. We ordered Gyudon with melted cheese and Yakitori and 2 onsen eggs. We added vegetable also. For drinks, we ordered earl grey lychee and matcha pudding.

Truffle Mushroom Noodle @ I Want My Noodle

I finally tried the noodle shop my excolleague was talking about. The restaurant is at Orchard Shaw Tower. The noodle texture was very springy like Indonesian noodle. Their signature noodle was sold out when I wanted to order. So my second choice was the truffle mushroom noodle, it was for $10.90. I just realised it had no meat.

Sizzle Wizzle @Kinex

I visited my friend who opened this eateries at Kinex shopping mall. I tried the shredded chicken chilli with petai bean rice and Bakso mercon.

Mid Autumn Festival Moon Cakes

 

Lipton Matcha Latte and Earl Grey Latte

I bought these 2 drinks to try. I think the matcha latte is really a good one. It is not too sweet. and it got bubbles after you brew the tea. A pack has 12 small packs and it costs $5.90.

Steam Cod Fish

Marco had been asking me to cook cod fish for him. I finally bought a frozen pack and cooked in chinese soy sauce style.

 I ordered Marco's favorite, mushroom soup and beef steak.

He ate alot. He said he was very very full. I am a happy mother.

I know Marco likes to eat nice food. I brought him to eat Sushiro. He ate many plates of salmon sushi.

I like seeing him eating a lot as he is slim. I want him to get chubby.

Covid Vaccination 1st Dose at Punggol 21 Community Club

 I had my first dose on 17th July 2021 at Punggol 21 Community Club. I scheduled it to be at 3pm. I came 15 mins earlier and the venue seemed not so crowded.

In less than 15 mins, we were called inside to do registration and waiting for the jab. After the jab, we waited 30 mins until they called us to collect the vaccination card and free handsanitizer.

My arm was swollen, especially around the area of the jab took place. The swollen area lasted for 10 days.

BBQ Chief, Paya Lebar Square

 I think the taste was ok. I took the mushroom broth. TBH, not so nice but acceptable. Next time must try other broth.

Hypocol for High Cholesterol

 As my age is catching up and I like to eat nice food, I got high cholesterol with no surprise.

One of my friend recommended Hypocol and Lipascor for me. They both are not medicine. They are more like supplement to help the body to reduce and maintain cholesterol.

I bought a 3 pack bundle of Hypocol at Watson for $99. It sounds so expensive at first. However, after counting the amount of capsule I got, I think it's still ok. I got 270 capsules. If a day I take one, This will last for 6 months. Spending for this supplement is around $16.50 per month.

Nine Fresh @ Compasspoint

The matcha seasonal menu is back. I like the Matcha B, $3. I rather buy this dessert cup than buy the same price bubble tea.

PhoStreet at CompassPoint

 I like to eat beef soup as my comfort food. When I go alone, it's also simple and value for money option.
