Best Fried Kwetiao in Singapore

The best fried kwetiao in Singapore in my opinion is not Singapore local fried kwetiao. This is Penang fried kwetiao. It is salty type of fried kwetiao. 

I normally visit the restaurant during lunch break. Individual portion of fried kwetiao cost for $6. It was affordable and satisfying.
